Conference service department – provides conference service and complete support for seminars, conferences, presentations, forums, etc. in Kiev and throughout Ukraine. 

Gestalt Conference Service has about 80 highly skilled managers, technicians, operators, who are able to organize trainings, round tables, forums anywhere in Ukraine. For these purposes our company has got quite enough human and material resources including own shuttle-buses, modern equipment (such as LCD projectors, plasma panel), printing equipment, modern equipment for simultaneous translation for 1500 persons, photo and video equipment, notebooks etc.

Conference Service Department offers:

• Conference halls, training classrooms in the city center and beyond;
• Accommodation of participants in comfortable hotels and cultural and recreational facilities.
