Engineering – Permanent Management Positions
DISCIPLINE MANAGERS
Supervise proposals and projects and ensure quality and technical excellence of the work within challenging time and budget constraints. Provide leadership to and development of balanced, functional and innovative Discipline Teams. Provide key managerial input on activities related to manpower resourcing, organisational development and preparation and development of world-class standards and procedures.
TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS
Provide technical support, guidance and recommendations to Discipline and Project Management in carrying out detailed engineering work for major EPC proposals and projects; evaluate technical quality issues and identify technical improvement, assure the quality of the work and value-driven improvements. Provide expert-level mentoring, coaching and consulting support.

ENGINEERING MANAGERS
Manage and lead multi-discipline, multi-functional engineering teams - proposals, feasibility studies, concept studies, FEEDs and Projects. Serve as bridge between engineering, procurement, construction, completions and project management teams. Position requires continuous control and monitoring of technical issues, quality, budget, cost and schedule, progress and resource manning and management reporting. Should have a sound background in engineering and multi-discipline management and coordination and be highly skilled in performing general engineering management functions and implementing management initiatives.
PRINCIPAL ENGINEERS
Supervise and Lead a team of engineers and designers in carrying out detailed engineering work for large sized projects; assume entire responsibility for conceptual and detailed design and provide necessary technical information for procurement in compliance with tender specifications/data sheets and within budgeted man-hour and project schedules. Determine methods and solutions for complex engineering problems and select the most efficient and economical manner to meet the objectives. Apply advanced engineering techniques and analysis within the Discipline. May serve as a technical specialist.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
Excellent track record with a minimum 18-20 yrs. of related oil, gas and petrochemical experience with a major EPC organisation(s)
- Minimum 10 yrs. of proven managerial experience with multi-million dollar projects
- Very good knowledge and application of international codes & standards; English language proficiency
- Nice to Have: Experience in GCC and/or CIS, Russian language ability
